JAY CHITNIS | MANAGING DIRECTOR
Jay founded HJC in 1998 in Surbiton and then opened Thames Ditton in 2000. He has thirty years experience in estate agency in the corporate sector and as an independent. Having his own estate agency allows him to help people move house without the baggage of a large organisation and all the non essential overheads which get in the way of day to day contact with his clients and colleagues. Jay is married with four grown up children and now he no longer plays rugby and cricket he has become an expert spectator.
SUZANNE MORGAN | SALES MANAGER
With many years’ experience, Suzanne, our Sales Manager, brings her vast knowledge of the local area which, when combined with her exuberance and professionalism, makes for a positive result each time. The many hidden snags are smoothly ironed out – involving vendor, solicitor and purchaser – with little problem – so as to make each transaction as stress free as possible. Suzanne will remember each client and property in detail, so that any further queries are easily answered before too long.
HANNAH BERGIN | LETTINGS MANAGER
Hannah, with over 9 years’ experience, brings a wealth of lettings knowledge. She oversees the lettings team making sure everything runs efficiently and smoothly. Hannah thrives at winning new business and showing Landlords a different side to estate agents. She creates a friendly yet professional atmosphere in the office, so do pop in for a cup of tea if passing! She is also ARLA, Propertymark qualified.
EMMA CROMEY | LETTINGS CONSULTANT
Emma’s role is to find you the ideal tenant for your property. She approaches each rental with clear background knowledge of requirements from each party resulting in the most successful match each time. Emma will keep you updated with viewing feedback and any offers including the full facts regarding any prospective tenant to give you, the landlord, peace of mind that only the highest grade occupant will be considered.
MANIQUE PETERSON | PROPERTY MANAGER
Manique has been with HJC for over a year and has stepped up to the role of Property Manager. She will do annual inspections not only to check if your property is being maintained in good condition, but also to ensure smooth communication between you, us and the tenant. She will always make sure, that any issues reported by the tenant are taken care of efficiently and cost effectively. Also to ensure your rent will be paid on time.

MAGDA GRADOWA | OPERATIONS MANAGER
In a short space of time at HJC as Operations Manager, Magda has made an immediate impact in a range of areas from marketing, customer support to HR and business development. Already she has introduced many new and exciting methods of progressing HJC, in terms of service standards and brand development. Magda’s many skills include first and foremost listening to the requirements of clients and staff, contractors and service providers, shaping the way HJC are seen and how we perform in a crowded market, so we stand out as the leading independent estate agency in the area.
